What Our Clients Are Saying

Thoroughly Impressed

"We have been thoroughly impressed by SBC’s level and speed of responsiveness during our initial implementation as well as during our ongoing support. Our conversion went smoothly due to the highly skilled implementation team at SBC. They were able to guide us through the conversion with clear project plans and attention to detail. The implementation team in particular was able to help us as a client see the impact of our decisions before we made them and asked us the important questions that we needed to answer in order to have the most comprehensive system possible. SBC Systems Weathers 2011 Atlanta Snow Storm!

January 31, 2011

The Snow Storm of 2011, also known locally as "snow-mageddon," is something that Atlantans will remember for many years. The entire city was shut down for four days, and the after-effects lasted for several more. There were extensive travel warnings, closed highways with multiple backups, closed schools and even closed offices.  All of this placed enormous challenges on office resources as most employees could not make it out of their driveways, much less arrive at the office safely.

As expected, SBC Systems was prepared.  The IT team ensured that all systems were remotely available and accessible.  SBC Systems monitored critical IT and network systems to make sure that connectivity was maintained and that there was enough bandwidth to allow all employees to use secure remote acces to connect to the office.

SBC Systems' hosting provider invoked its Emergency Response Teams at their Atlanta data center facilities.  Throughout the severe weather, critical staff, vendors, and other resources were mobilized to ensure continued and uninterrupted operation of the facilities.

The snow storm came and left, and SBC Systems successfully weathered the snow storm of 2011.
